Ranbir Kapoor’s Sanju leaked online hours after release

Mumbai: Ranbir Kapoor starrer Sanjay Dutt biopic – Sanju, has hit the theatres and by far, it’s gathering immense appreciation. Ranbir has been hailed for his performance in the Dutt biopic. But social media posts on Friday suggested that the film Sanju has been leaked online.

Sanju released across India on over 4,000 screens making it the second biggest film of the year after Race 3. Above this, the hullabaloo around the film and the rave reviews are adding to the grandeur of this Bollywood film.

Many social media users have shared screenshots of the torrent Sanju movie download link. A Twitter user also claims that an HD print of the movie has been leaked. The Sanjay Dutt biopic was released in theatres today and its leak on the first day might affect the business of the film to a great extent.

As soon as the news of Sanju getting leaked online broke out, Ranbir Kapoor’s dedicated fans urged the responsible cinema lovers to discourage privacy and watch the film only after buying the tickets in theatres. Some of the patrons of Ranbir Kapoor also claimed that Salman Khan fans are just spreading the rumours of Sanju being leaked.

Earlier in the month, it was Rajinikanth’s Kaala which was leaked online by the piracy website Tamilrockers within a day of its release. Other Bollywood movies that were leaked online include, Udta Punjab and Great Grand Masti among others.

Manjhi – The Mountain Man had been leaked online before the release. Reportedly, a print of Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s Manjhi was leaked online, ten days ahead of its release.

Talking about the film’s opening business, Sanju is expected to bring some record-breaking numbers. Going by the footfall in theatres, it is expected to earn around Rs 30 crore on its first day itself. The BO numbers will most likely cross Rs 100 crore in three days.
