Terrorist in Russia triggered NIA raids on premises of PFI; JDU's role in Bihar suspicious, says BJP leader

A Russian angle has emerged in the major action against the Islamist outfit PFI, where the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and Enforcement Directorate (ED) raided more than 40 locations in 10 states of the country and took more than 100 people in custody today. Just a day before Union Home Minister Amit Shah's arrival in Bihar, he held a meeting with many senior officials including National Security Adviser Ajit Doval on the subject of PFI's suspected terrorist connections and the legalities involved in banning the outfit, sources said.
